At Splendid Spaces, we can help with all of your design needs. From selecting a color scheme for your home to coordinating contractors for a remodeling project, we are your one-stop shop. We have setup relationships with several vendors and workrooms in the area to offer you excellent service and pricing.
Splendid Spaces Design Rates:
In-Home Consultation
This includes up to 2 hours in your home to discuss your needs room by room, share opinions, take measurements, digital photo taking of projects, discuss ideas, select colors and agree on assignments if desired (i.e. Shop for fabrics, flooring selections, furniture pieces).
Rate: $150
Space Planning/ Floor Plan Design
After the in-home consultation, a floor plan will be created for your room indicating the recommended placement of existing furniture or showing the recommended pieces to purchase and their placement.
Rate: $75
Hourly Design Service Charge
This includes time spent shopping for fabrics, accessories, flooring, wall coverings and furniture.
Rate: $50 per hour
Remodeling
Custom quotes will be provided by a Splendid Spaces recommended contractor, based on your remodeling needs.
